Rudi Dicks, Head of the Project Management Office in the Presidency, is the co-lead of Operation Vulindlela (OV), a joint initiative between the Presidency and National Treasury established to accelerate priority structural reforms in critical sectors such as energy, transport, digital communications, water infrastructure, and public service efficiency.
