The President needs to be honest and take bold steps

CDE’s Ann Bernstein recently spoke to SABC’s Iman Rappetti about the country’s multiple crises and how they are significantly reducing our future prospects. “We have to look at the last five years with clear eyes and I think what you have seen is a President whose paramount strategy has been not to divide the ANC. We don’t know if he would, if he took bold decisions but he is saying that is more important than putting competent people in his cabinet,” she said. She further touched on opening the markets, economic reform and infrastructure.
