In a society with catastrophic levels of unemployment, Special Economic Zones (SEZs) could move us beyond our current paralysis. CDE has two proposals to turn SEZs into powerful instruments to drive new investment and expand employment.

This wias followed by comments from Saki Macozoma, prominent business leader and chairman of Vodacom; and Tumelo Chipfupa, partner at EY and former deputy director general, Department of Trade, Industry and Competition.
