CDE Conversations | Donald Kaberuka on Africa’s prospects in turbulent times
Dr Donald Kaberuka was President of the African Development Bank for two terms (2005 to 2015) and is credited with expanding its reach and impact. He was Minister of Finance and Economic Planning in Rwanda between 1997 and 2005 and in 2019 was elected chair of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria for a two-year term. He is currently chairman and managing partner of SouthBridge, a pan-African advisory investment company he co-founded. See his bio here.
