CDE’s executive director Ann Bernstein, speaks on eNCA’s All Angles show urging the GNU to prioritise several areas of development to avoid what CDE calls SA’s fiscal decline. She says that presently SA is living beyond its means and we urgently need to grow the economy in order to address the looming fiscal crisis.
